Fee for graduating in absentia and receiving your certificate by post.
If you have been officially awarded and did not complete the invitation to graduation that was sent to your University email account you can arrange to have your degree certificate and accompanying documents posted to you. Certificates will not be posted until the graduation ceremony you were invited to has taken place and your award has been conferred.
Please note that only the person to whom the degree certificate relates can make a request.
During the order process you will be asked to submit a delivery address and provide a contact telephone number.
Certificates posted within the UK will be sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please note that Recorded Delivery requires a signature on delivery therefore you must ensure you use an address where there is someone available to accept delivery of your certificate. If your certificate is returned to us by Royal Mail you will be charged postage costs for the certificate to be posted again.
Certificates posted outwith the UK will be sent DHL Courier
Your degree certificate and accompanying documents will be posted to the address that you provided within 7 to 10 working days.
