Detailed Description

Module AQUU7MM (Marine Mammals Field Course) is an Autumn 2024-5 semester module, but the summer 2024 field course component makes up a big part of it. This field course takes place at Millport on the island of Great Cumbrae in the Firth of Clyde, so easy to get to from central Scotland by public transport. The Clyde is a great location for marine mammals and the field course is lots of fun. The course is hosted at the Field Studies Council’s Millport field centre and utilizes their facilities. Note your accommodation and food for the week is included in the price, but transport is not - you will need to make your own way to Millport.
