Students/graduates may request a PDF version of their transcript be emailed to them. If you require transcripts for more than one programme of study then you will need to purchase a transcript for each programme. The transcript will bear the University of Stirling stamp.

This service may not be available for UG students and PG students that graduated before 2003 due to grades not being held prior to this date.
Where we are unable to provide a transcript we will issue you with a confirmation of studies letter which confirms your programme of study, dates of studies and academic award achieved

Detailed Description
A form of identification must also be sent to the Student Services Hub in support of your order. If your name is the same as when you graduated you may use any of the following as proof of identity; passport (personal details page), photo card driving license or birth certificate. If your name has changed since you graduated your application must also be accompanied by either a copy of your marriage certificate or a Deed Poll certificate that bears the name you were enrolled under. Please email a copy of your identification to [email protected] ensuring the subject of your email is entitled “Proof of ID for Transcript”.
