Replace a lost or damaged student ID card. Please note, once your replacement ID card has been printed, no refund will be given if you find your old card.

ID cards can be replaced if lost or damaged at a charge of £10.00. Please use this online store to pay for your replacement card which will then be posted to your semester address. Due to current delays with postal services, please allow 21 working days for delivery. Please ensure your semester address is up to date on the portal.
